ETS Lake Country Player Performance Training
READY TO TAKE YOUR PERFORMANCE TO THE NEXT LEVEL?
Each athlete will complete the ETS Dynamic Movement Preparation Plan (DMPP) to enhance neuromuscular activation, increase heart rate, and improve muscle elasticity for optimal performance.
Following the DMPP, athletes will be tested on acceleration, change of direction, lower body explosiveness, upper body strength, and core stability. Their running form and mobility will also be assessed to identify movement deficiencies for personalized training.
After testing, results will be reviewed with parents, and a customized training plan will be designed to maximize athletic potential. Once enrolled, athletes receive a FREE ETS T-shirt as a welcome to the ETS family!
