MEET THE DIRECTOR
Tim osterbauer
Director of Operations
Lead Performance Specialist
Tim is a former 3-sport athlete from Osceola, WI who continued on to receive his Bachelors in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from North Dakota State and his Masters in Sport and Exercise Science: Exercise Physiology from the University of Northern Colorado. He has worked with a large variety of populations throughout his career (oncology rehabilitation, professional, collegiate, and youth athletes, special needs, and general population) and uses these diverse experiences to provide the best possible service for anyone he comes into contact with. Tim was drawn to the ETS Family by the desire to serve and provide guidance in not only young athletes' sports careers, but their lives and teach lasting lessons to make them the best people possible. He is ready to build strong relationships with everyone ready to take the next step in their personal development!
