MEET THE DIRECTOR
Wesley Lynch
Director of Operations
Lead Performance Specialist
A former three-sport high school athlete from Apple Valley, MN, Wesley brings an illustrious background in sports and a fervent dedication to athletic performance as he joins ETS. He attended St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN where he played linebacker and majored in exercise science. His love for football then led him to a decade-long coaching career, beginning at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD. While earning his Master’s Degree in Sports Administration and Leadership, Wesley had the opportunity to coach the running back position, including ETS Pro CJ Ham. Following a successful tenure at Hamline University in St. Paul, MN, Wesley’s collegiate coaching career led him to Columbus, OH where he served in numerous capacities over a five-year stint including three years as the Director of Athletic Performance for Capital University. Wesley's diverse fitness background also encompasses two years in manufacturing and project management, during which he excelled as an operations supervisor at Rogue Fitness, the world's largest fitness equipment manufacturer. His arrival at ETS is marked by an overwhelming enthusiasm to make a meaningful impact on their brand, as he eagerly embraces the opportunity to support athletes and their communities throughout the greater Milwaukee area.
