MEET THE DIRECTOR
Caleb Badgley
Director of Operations | Lead Performance Specialist
Caleb grew up in a family of collegiate and professional athletes, fueling his passion for sports. His dad and uncles played baseball at NIU, with his dad and one uncle advancing to play professionally. His mom was a track and swim athlete at Delta State, and her brothers played soccer at Francis Marion.
Caleb earned all-region honors in baseball and played at Kishwaukee Community College before transferring to the University of Wisconsin-Parkside to study Kinesiology, Sports Performance, and Applied Mathematics. During his university years, he worked part-time at EPTC Lake Geneva and coached travel baseball, deepening his love for coaching.
In high school, Caleb was a captain for the football and baseball teams, assisting youth programs with practices and games. At ETS, he continues to help athletes reach their potential and develop leadership skills. He believes in the Iron Sharpens Iron mentality, striving to create an environment where everyone helps each other achieve their goals.
